In high-temperature wells, annular pressure buildup (APB) caused by temperature increase is a widespread phenomenon in production, especially offshore thermal recovery wells. It increases the load on tubing and casing consequently threatens wellbore integrity. Hence, research safety evaluation APB management has great significance for field production. this paper, limit determination methods are presented considering effect of stress APB.
